A local flora and fauna expert, Mid, has offered to do one of his famous Wildflower Walks for us! The walk will be around the Millers Dale Station Quarry Complex, to look at some of the flora and fauna which now inhabits the disused quarry site. There many even be some wild Bee Orchids available to see and photograph. Tiro and I have attended one of his previous walks, and can say that they’re well worth a couple of hours!
Mid is offering his services for an afternoon, but does require a minimum number of eight people attending to run the walk. The date proposed is Sunday 24th July – please leave a comment, or get in touch if you are interested in attending. Please let us know if you want to attend, as we can let Mid know how many people want to come, provide directions and a start time!
