Storytelling Festival at the Edge

For those fond of a good story, the 19th Storytelling Festival at the Edge will be taking place on 16-18th July 2010, at Stokes Barn, Much Wenlock in Shropshire.  Beginning on Friday evening at 7pm and continuing through to Sunday at 5pm, the festival is a showcase of the best international storytellers in performance, comedy, music and related arts.  There will  be practical workshops, story rounds and informal music sessions to join in with, and the whole thing is child friendly.  Performers this year include Djembata Len Cabral, Fernhill Geoffrey Chaucer Junior and Flossie There is camping space available, and as the site is designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest, there should be plenty to look at, as well as listen to and join in with 🙂  More information, prices and details for the festival can be found here.
